Terms & Conditions

The services provided by Before Forever are pastoral, educational and preparatory in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological or legal therapy.

All services are delivered from a Christian worldview. Biblical principles inform both the preparation and the ceremony. By booking with Before Forever you are giving your informed consent to this framework.

Where needs arise that fall outside this scope, appropriate professional referrals may be suggested.

Marriage preparation is a collaborative process. It requires honesty, openness and active participation from both of you.

The outcomes of your marriage are shaped by your own choices, behaviours, history and faith. Before Forever walks with you through the preparation. The journey itself is yours.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your date. Your date is not confirmed until this deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your wedding date.

Payment plans can be discussed and arranged by mutual agreement.

Services already rendered are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or postpone your wedding, please let us know as soon as possible.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Where a postponement is necessary, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

Before Forever reserves the right to withdraw from services where boundaries, values or safety are compromised.

Your ceremony will be prepared and delivered with care, intention and best efforts. A wedding is a live event and despite thorough preparation, minor variations may occur.

Where a wedding planner or coordinator has been appointed, they remain responsible for ceremony flow, cueing and logistics on the day. Before Forever's role is officiation and facilitation, not event management.

Before Forever cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by weather, technical failures, venue conditions or third parties.

Everything you share in our sessions stays between us. Your story, your struggles and your journey are held with the utmost care and discretion.

Disclosure would only ever be considered where required by law or where there is a genuine concern for safety.

Before Forever is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect: We collect personal information you share with us including your names, contact details, wedding details, relationship history and personality profile information. This is collected through our enquiry form, counselling sessions and preparation work.

Why we collect it: Your information is used solely to provide the services you have engaged us for. This includes preparation sessions, ceremony planning, officiation and post wedding check ins where applicable.

How we store it: Your information is stored securely in Microsoft OneDrive. It is not shared with any third parties without your explicit consent except where required by law.

How long we keep it: Your personal information is retained for a period of one year after your wedding date. After this period it is securely deleted.

Post wedding communication: Where you have selected the Leaving a Legacy package, you consent to receiving post wedding check in communications from Before Forever. These will only ever relate to your ongoing journey and will never be used for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Your rights: Under POPIA you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and request deletion of your information at any time. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at robynne@beforeforever.net.

Photos and videos: Any photos or videos taken or shared during your journey with Before Forever will only be used on social media or marketing materials with your explicit written consent.

Before Forever does not and cannot guarantee marital outcomes. A beautiful marriage is built daily by two people who choose each other. Our work together lays the foundation. What you build on it is yours.

Connection Points is a personalised relationship profile delivered in digital form. It is built from a questionnaire that each partner completes individually, exploring personality preferences and spiritual gifts. The completed responses are then woven together by Robynne into a written report that reflects on your relationship and is delivered to your inbox.

The current cost of Connection Points is R550 per couple. Payment is processed securely through Paystack and is required before the questionnaire becomes available. This payment reserves both your personalised report and the time Robynne sets aside to prepare it.

Reports are typically delivered within 48 hours of your completed questionnaire being submitted. Where life requires a longer turnaround, we will let you know in good time.

Once Robynne has begun preparing your report, the work is non-refundable. If circumstances require a refund before any work has begun, please reach out to robynne@beforeforever.net and we will respond personally.

While you are completing the questionnaire, your progress is saved for 24 hours on the device you are using. If life pulls you away, you can return to the same device and continue where you left off. Saved progress is held only in your own browser and is never transmitted anywhere.

Your questionnaire responses are used solely for the purpose of preparing your report. Your results are then handled in line with our broader data and privacy commitments outlined in Term 7.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

A full Proposal and Service Agreement will be provided upon booking for your review and signature.
